Your privacy matters to us. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect when you visit PatternCube and what we do with it.
Who we are
PatternCube (patterncube.com) is a small, independent site run by Riya. We share free seamless patterns and free design tools.
What we collect
- When you download a pattern: our shop asks for your name and email address so it can create your order and send you the download link.
- When you leave a review or comment: we store your name, email, what you wrote, and your IP address, to help stop spam.
- When you email us: we keep your message so we can reply.
Our tools
Our design tools run in your own web browser. The images you open in them stay on your device – we do not upload or keep them.
Cookies
We use a few small cookies to make the site work – for example, to remember what is in your basket. If you leave a comment, your browser may also remember your name for next time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details. Our web host stores the site data, and our email service sends your download links. We share nothing else.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as we need them for our records. We keep comments until they are removed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Just write to us and we will help.
